Great News!!

Alot has happend the past few weeks!!

I PASSED MY NASM PERSONAL TRAINERS EXAM!!! Whoop whoop!!

I also got certified to teach Aqua Zumba and Zumbatomic for kids AND TRX suspension training!!

Yep big stuff happening!!!

Test anxiety

Will be taking my NASM test this Thursday!! Wish me luck!! I am really hoping everything goes well and I can continue on with my journey to open my own place!!

New location added

We added another location for a 2nd Zumba for a Cure! The second one will be at Nick's Pro Fitness in Evergreen!!

May 7, 745-930 pm, minimum $10 donation!!

I have joined a Relay for Life team in efforts to raise cancer awareness and funds in memory of my mom and so many other close friends and families that have been affected by this deadly disease!

Your donation is your admission, but we do ask that your minimum donation is $8! This gets you in to the raffle for the door prizes.

Well things are starting to happen here in Colorado!! I am starting to teach Zumba next week, so far I have 4 classes!!! I am hoping to get more as well! Will be getting certified for Aqua Zumba and Zumbatomic as well in May and looking forward to finally taking my NASM test in April!!

Zumba!!

Yes, it has been some time since I have updated this page...we have finally settled into our new home in Colorado...only have 1 day left of unpacking!! Then I can focus on what I really want to...fitness and photos!!

This past weekend I went to my first Fitness Conference at AAAI! I loved it!! I got such a great workout and learned some great stuff! I got to meet Shaun T from Insanity and Hip Hop Abs!! How awesome was that!!! Looking forward to getting my STRIDE cert this summer I hope!

Now to the BIG news!! I got certified to teach ZUMBA!!! International dance fitness class and I absolutely love it!! How awesome is it that I can dance, make up routines to what ever flows out of my body and play with fun music!! I can not wait to start teaching!!!!

This weekend I am headed back to Houston to take a personal training workshop...hoping to take my test very soon!!
